How do I know I can trust the people you send to my house ?

We are particular about who we hire. Allure pro cleaners employee undergo thorough training and are employed not to work with bags or any of their personal properties. Our employees are trained professionally to meet demanding standards and security measures are in place to tackle criminal acts. Trust is a very crucial component of our business and we take pride in wanting to build trust in hundreds to thousands of our customers in years to come.

How often do I need to clean my house?

It is recommended to clean your house daily, hence Allure pro cleaners offers a flexible and affordable cleaning service. Allure pro cleaners offers daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleaning and this includes move in/move out, deep cleaning, commercial cleaning, post construction cleaning and occasional cleaning for clients in need of quick help.

How do I get started?

It’s simple we are just a call/text Away! The first thing we will do is inspect your home/office/construction to talk about your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate. We will provide you with a comprehensive rundown of our wide ranges of services, so you may pick what you’d like us to do for you. Together we will make checklist tailored to meet your request, and you will be furnished with a duplicate. This isn’t a contract, but merely another approach to guarantee you our customised, consistent and timely service.

Do I need to be home when the Cleaners comes?

You do not need to be home for our cleaning services but for our pest control services, we advice our clients to stay out of the house for a day or two for health reasons. Most customers provide us with keys to their home and, when necessary, alarm code. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

What if I have Pets?

Pets are not problems. However, we do need to be notified if you own pets, and would like to know their names. We often advice for pets to be with our customers whenever we are rendering a pest control service.

Can I hire one of your Cleaners directly?

Our cleaners are not available for direct hire. Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit any direct employment from any of our customers from the date that the employee is hired to the last date at work.

Payment Questions

What is mode of payment for Allure Pro Cleaners Services?

Payment is due the day the service is performed. Cliens are required to pay 70% (seventy percent) up front. You may pay with cash or online transfer depending on which is convenient for you and an invoice will be generated
